Level of physical transformation:

You will perform simple combinations of “asanas” (body postures) based on techniques Hatha, Ashtanga vinyasa and Kundalini technology. In parallel, using proper breathing techniques, you will be able to unlock your energy channels and carry oxygen to your cells. To this end, you will learn Swara (breathing) and Pranayamas (control of life energy).

It is a meditation technique called mindful dream yoga or psychic dream yoga, which comes from the tantric practice of Nyasa.
It was Swami Satynanda Saraswati, together with his teacher Swami Sivananda, who created a relaxation system that was located between wakefulness and sleep, with the aim of achieving deep and conscious relaxation.

The state of Nidra reveals at a conscious level the mental impressions (samskaras) that are stored in our subconscious and unconscious (along with the conscious the three dimensions of the mind). For this reason, Yoga Nidra is an instrument of mental purification through which the states of internalization, relaxation and meditation are progressively induced.
